Where a government-notified procurement price or applicable government reference price exists for the relevant commodity and procurement arrangement, the applicable price for the procurement date will be considered in accordance with prevailing rules and agreed terms. STV Agro Farms does not make an absolute promise of a guaranteed price or guaranteed purchase.
